By making a booking at Drumbo Park you are confirming that you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions.
Greyhound racing is an outdoor sport, and adverse weather conditions may prevent racing on a particular night. If an inter-track service from Dublin is available, the event will go ahead, free admission will be offered to return and watch live racing at a later date. If there is no inter-track service available, a transfer will be offered to another race night of your choice, subject to availability. Drumbo Park cannot accept liability for any costs or inconvenience caused.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs or engaged in antisocial behavior (at management’s absolute discretion) to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.
We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards the verbal and physical abuse of staff and other customers. Offenders will be immediately ejected from the premises.
We have a no “picnicking” policy – only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed within the stadium and its grounds unless items are required on proven medical grounds or for babes in arms.
Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited throughout the Grandstand building and kennels.
No sports tops are to be worn within the grandstand and outside terraces.
All tote tickets must be checked carefully at the time of purchase, as mistakes cannot be rectified once betting has closed for a particular race.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our race nights are an event and this policy is no different from other event venues such as the SSE Arena, Waterfront Hall or other sports venues.
If fewer people arrive than have been paid for in advance, the cost of those not arriving cannot be refunded or used to pay for food, beverages, or tote bets.
Vouchers purchased as part of packages are to be used on the date specified on the voucher.
Gift Vouchers must be used within 12 months of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for money or used for tote bets.
Bar tabs booked in advance expire on the day of the event and any unused balance cannot be refunded or used at future events.
By entering Drumbo Park Stadium and its grounds you agree that your photographic image or video image may be recorded for security purposes on our CCTV system and used on our website and/or social media channels and you also accept that your photographic/video image may feature on other customers’ social media sites.
We will not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft or damage of Customers’ personal belongings, including vehicles parked in the Stadium car-park, other than that caused as a result of negligence or other breach of statutory duty.
